The two-for-one twisters model DD2000 as well as DD2000GT were the first two-for-one twisters with a take-up in precision winding.
Each twisting position is equipped with a take-up head, type ATW. The twisting positions are completely separately driven. Therefore, no central gearbox or control cabinet are required. The twisting parameters are set on a small control box by means of a key-board and screen. It is also possible to work with different settings on one machine by separating the twisting positions into groups.
The model DD2000GT (Grand Torgue) was developed for the twisting of heavy yarns or tapes up to 20,000 dtex.
Different spindle types make the machine available for a wide field of different twisting material.
The DD2000/DD2000GT can be equipped with different spindle and also take-up head executions. Therefore, the twisting machine is suitable for different kinds of multifilaments, monofilaments and tapes.
