Rewinder PCW, AXR & CORI

The rewinder, model PCW is a flexible rewinder for multiple rewinding technologies. This machine can be executed for cylindrical as well as for conical take-up. The packages can be wound up with straight or tapered edges.

The main part of the new rewinding system CORI is the ATW precision winding take-up head with an electronic gear system. The CORI can work at a speed up to 800 m/min.

The rewinding system ATR / AXR consists per position of a roll-off unit, a supply unit as well as of a take-up head ATW or WUFF. These 3 units can be combined according to the technological requirements.

All three rewinding systems are very flexible for the rewinding of textile as well as of industrial yarns. The rewinding of very sensitive materials like glass, aramid or carbon is also possible.
