The winders, type ATW are thread-tension controlled and are driven by a frequency-controlled motor. The inverter is an integrated component of each individual winder control.
The traverse system is arranged in a swivel arm. Yarn tension peaks are compensated using a balance frame compensation bar on the traverse system housing.
The winders are supplied built into single or double-sided frames according to the requirements of the customer. The process parameters can be adjusted at a central switching box by means of a keyboard and monitor. A length measurement and electronic gearing are available as options.
