The automatic winders ELCOsin are characterized by the spindle drive. Up to 12 threads per chuck can be wound on them.
The newest generation is the ELCO16. By integrating IWKA-technology, a 16-thread craft winder with friction drive and front bearing of the chuck has been developed.
Thanks to a special design of the camshaft, the winder structure is firstly optimized and secondly, the lifetime of the thread guidance is noticeably increased. Moreover, the SIEMENS control makes it possible to use the winders individually. The modernization of existing systems can thus be noticeably simplified.
