CSW – the camshaft winder with 1,200 mm chuck length

When manufacturing microfilaments, the main target is to treat the thread as gently as possible. The camshaft traverse system provides the required properties.

The camshaft winder CSW combines various technologies from ACW, ASW and from i-QOON®. The maximum speed is 4,200 m/min whereupon the winder is used for POY-, but also for FDY processes.

The CSW is currently being offered with a chuck length of 1,200 mm and a maximum of 12 packages.
In addition to microfilaments, the CSW is also particularly useful for winding mother yarn packages for manufacturing monofilaments.
