i-QOON® craft winders

Oerlikon Barmag's most recent craft winder generation is especially customized for highly productive spinning lines. An i-QOON^® winder consists of 2 winders with a total of 4 chucks. The tried-and-tested ACW^® technology and the new design guarantee efficient production of standard packages, also with 24 threads per position.

Characteristics:

• The 1,200mm chuck achieves strokes of 90, 120 or 170 mm and in the polyester area achieves package weights of between 10 and 20 kg; A variant with 1,380 mm chuck length and 24 x 88 mm stroke also available.
• The winder only needs one draw panel and thus lowers the investment costs;
• i-QOON^® winders are available with bi-rotor traverse system or camshaft;
• An automatic string up device guarantees simple handling.
