High flexibility and tape quality for the highest requirements

The module concept of the tape line enables a design especially adjusted to the tape requirement. By combining the hot air oven, cold and hot godets, the properties can be deliberately influenced.
After cooling the extruded film in the water bath or on the cooling cylinder, the film is cut into tapes and then stretched. Cuts or slits are worked into the tape with the help of the fibrillator. The fibrillated tapes are used predominantly as sewing yarn or crop binding yarn.
The concept is completed by the ATW winders for winding and the DD2000 for twisting.
