Heated godets (HF®)
In connection with the tried-and-tested multi-zone heaters, Oerlikon Barmag's HF® godets ensure end-product-specific shrinkage, stability and relaxation. Precise and reproducible temperature profiles ensure the highest consistencies and an even monochromacity of FDY and industrial yarns. The HF® godets are distinguished by their low energy consumption with the e-save-label.

ACW® craft winders
More than 20,000 ACW® units have been sold since its presentation at the ITMA 1999. ACW® craft winders with 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 yarn-ends process standard, micro and high-count yarns with a mechanical speed potential of a maximum of 7,000 m/min (IDY).

ASW winders
is the automatic version of the well-known and globally renowned Oerlikon Barmag groove roller - type SW. Due to their groove roller traverse system these winders are characterized by an excellent package build. Different chuck lengths of 600 mm, 920 mm and 1,200 mm are available. Currently the maximum speed is 5,000 m/min.

babyASW and WinTens winders
Both winder types are compact, automatic winders equipped with camshaft. They have been specially designed for winding of technical yarns with a speed potential of up to 4,000 m/min. Thanks to their dimensions, both winders perfectly match into new compact spinning lines or the reconstruction of older spinning plants.

babyASW winders are available with chuck lengths of 600 mm or 900 mm. They can wind up to 6 yarn ends.
