We have analyzed existing machinery and there are several options for process and component modifications and upgrades. We can provide process-related upgrades, such as improvement of throughput and yarn properties, as well as upgrading your components to increase their life expectancy, to improve ease of operation, save costs, implement software upgrades and online quality control.
New dye injection systems, a greater number of yarn-ends, a new quench system (hydraulic split) are now available to improve your success in spinning as well as online quality control systems (UNITENS®), new friction units and upgrades from AC to DC electronics for texturing.
Upgrade of existing machinery
Oerlikon Barmag offers upgrade-kits for existing machinery such as
- dope-dyed-systems
- increasing of throughput
- increasing the winder's yarn ends (6end to 12end, 8end to 16end)
